How do I place an order or reorder?
Once you're an approved partner, you can place a new order or a reorder quickly through your dedicated wholesale portal. We designed it for speed so you can spend less time clicking and more time running your business.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We've kept it simple: our minimum order is 40 items. All wholesale orders must be placed in quantities of 40 (40, 80, 120, etc.). This helps us pack and ship your products efficiently, ensuring they stay perfectly frozen.
Best of all, when you hit that 40-item minimum, your order automatically qualifies for free shipping to your verified business address.
What are your standard payment terms?
You can always pay by credit card securely during the order placement process.
For partners interested in payment terms (such as Net 30), we offer an evaluation based on creditworthiness. If you would like to apply for payment terms, please fill out our simple application here.
What is the Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for your products?
Your margin matters! Our goal is to ensure you have a strong profit while making our real-food products accessible to your customers.

Pro Tip for Foodservice Partners: If you are preparing and serving our products (e.g., blending a smoothie on demand), we have successful wholesale partners selling blended smoothies for $12 to $15, offering you an excellent return on investment!
Shipping & Logistics
How do you ship the frozen product, and how is it kept frozen in transit?
We use a premium, insulated liner made of corn starch along with enough dry ice to ensure your products stay frozen solid until they arrive at your door. We treat your inventory with the same care we use for our own, so you can open your shipment knowing everything is ready for the freezer.
What is the typical lead time and what days do you ship wholesale orders?
To make sure your frozen inventory never gets stuck over a weekend, we ship our wholesale orders on Mondays and Tuesdays. Occasionally, depending on your location and transit time, we may ship on a Wednesday.
To guarantee same-week delivery, we highly suggest placing your order on a Monday. Any order received by noon EST on a shipping day will go out that day.
What are your shipping costs?
All wholesale orders (40 items or more) receive free shipping to your verified business address. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay—no hidden freight costs!
What is the shelf life and proper storage required for the products?
Our products are frozen at peak freshness, giving them an excellent shelf life. When stored properly at 0°F or below, your inventory will remain fresh and delicious for up to 9 months.
What should I do if my shipment arrives thawed, incomplete, or damaged?
While our packaging and logistics are best-in-class, issues sometimes happen. If your order is damaged, incomplete, or arrives thawed:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at wholesale@thefrozengarden.com or (219) 200-2402.
- We may ask you to send us a quick photo of any damage so we can handle the claim with the carrier.
- Rest assured, we will replace any delayed shipment that arrives no longer frozen at no cost to you. We're committed to making it right!

Do you provide marketing materials, such as high-resolution images or in-store signage?
Yes! We provide all our partners with a shared folder of high-resolution product images and approved marketing copy for your website or menu.

What should we know about allergens in your products?
Your customers' safety is our top priority. Our products may contain common allergens, including Almond, Cashew, Pecan, Walnut, Peanuts, Soy, and Sesame.
We strongly recommend checking each product's individual detail page or packaging for specific allergen information before serving or selling.
How often do you release new flavors or seasonal products?
We love keeping things fresh! We release exciting new seasonal flavors 4 times a year to help keep your inventory dynamic and your customers engaged. You can expect these new releases in March, June, September, and December.

What is your policy on returns or exchanges for unsold inventory?
Due to the perishable nature of our frozen products, we do not offer returns or exchanges once the order has been shipped. All sales are final. Please plan your inventory and reorders carefully based on your demand. However, remember that we will always replace any product that arrives damaged or thawed.
